Last night I hosted the first party in my new house. Technically it wasn't a "party" party per se, only 9 out of the gazillion (I obviously exaggerated) turned up. I guess we've outgrown the crazy teenage phase where parties MUST be messy and noisy to be fun. It wasn't anything fancy - just simple home-cooked meal, small talks over dinner. Last night was... still noisy nonetheless, but it was intimate and cozy, which is how Christmas suppose to be isn't it?

I'm glad it turned out well.
